KARATE KID PREMIERE!!
The 3RUN crew were in London's Leicester square today, selected to perform for none other than Jackie Chan, Will Smith and Jaydan Smith. A true dream of ours has been to meet Jackie Chan and not only did we get that opportunity, but to perform an 8 minute battle set along side a number of close performance friends for everyone to see! Sam was on set in Birmingham again today filming a new scene for the BBC television show Doctors. Many of you may have recognised Sam a few weeks ago in the show, and he makes a return this time hurdling some fences and escaping the police.

Sam was in central London again today in his 'city gent' suit and has now completed the filming of the follow up corporate ident. Everything went great, this time with Sam performing inside the office block and on the roof tops. Also, a brief update from Chase and Safe T; to also say that their weeks of rehearsals in Toronto are now complete as filming for the new movie begins this Thursday!

On his day off from shooting the London Commercial. In true 3RUN style, Sam was busy again shooting a new online based office block promo. The shoot went great, with Sam dressed in a full suit, freerunning his way through London to the new offices.

ITALIAN SKY COMMERCIAL
3RUN Director Chase Armitage was picked to play the hero character for one of Sky's new TV channel promotions out in Italy. The spot involved Chase running jumping and interacting with some BIG names from the Hollywood movie scenes. The shoot took place in London and was a great success. Working with a super talented crew and production company the results should turn out beautiful. The playbacks certainly told this story. Check back for more updates on the shoot.

PRODIGY - TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL
Sam was in London last week working with the wonderfully talented Aicha on the new Prodigy Music video - Take Me To The Hospital. Sam was recruited specifically to stunt double Prodigy lead singer Keith Flint. Nathan Barris and Chase Armitage were featured athletes performing acrobatics for the latest T-mobile add campaign. Due to be popping up all over the place at some point next year. Sam, Cole and Mat were once again, for the 3rd year running, invited to lead the evening session for the Portsmouth festivities, with a unique performance held within the beautiful Portsmouth Cathedral. Accompanied by choir singing and organ music, the 3RUN athletes performed 3 fantastic sets using the interior of the cathedral as part of a very personal and moving fusion of arts.

MEXICO TV SHOW SUCCESS
Today the 3RUN, brothers return back to HQ after what was one of the most exciting projects yet! Brought back out by the same company Altius to work for the biggest TV network in Latin America Televisa. The Brothers were to star in a two hour long piece to promote tourism in Mexico along with 4 BASE jumpers, 2 Free riders, 2 Acrobatic pilots and the 3RUN, bro's Chase and Cole. YOUTH ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
It's always nice when an opportunity arises to give something back to the community. This evening, saw Nathan, Cane, Sam and Shaun present at the Youth Achievement Award Ceremony in Basingstoke. Providing a 30 minute presentation on 3RUN, Free Running and Parkour before handing out the awards to each of the worthy winners for their efforts in supporting the local community.

Adam and Sam headed to the 'Times Tower' to conduct an interview as part of a 'panel of experts' for an article ahead of the official DVD release of the 'Man On Wire' Documentary. We'll be sure to update all as and when the article is released for this truly inspiring production.

Chase, Nathan and Mat spent the evening in London promoting the brand new EA Free Running computer game Mirror's Edge. The 3RUN athletes performed live sets throughout the night and entertained crowds queing at the packed out venue.

Today is a proud day in 3RUN history! We are pleased to announce the launch of the 3RUN online shop. With the aim to spread the philosophies, positivity and way of life behind 3RUN, we have taken the first step on a journey of a thousand miles. 3RUN aims to continually develop and shape its Shop around those it was created for.

3RUN Free running performers Cole, Shaun, Nathan and Mat travelled to Bournemouth to perform at a private event at the Opera House. The team opened up the event with half an hour of exciting tricking and acrobatics dressed in all black with some unusual face paint to add to the effect!

Friday 17th and Saturday 18th October saw James and Shaun head to Oxford for the opening of the first Extreme Sports store! The guys tore through the streets and outside the shop front performing street stunts and acrobatics, pulling in crowds as they went. Today we welcome the boys home after their 6 days spent in Mexico performing and shooting all around Mexico's beautiful towns. The guys had an incredible experience meeting and working with some true legends. The Extreme Adventure Hidalgo was a HUGE success! 3RUN 1920 ACRO MUSIC VID - ALESHA
3RUN action members Nathan, Shaun, Mat and Scott took on the role of 1920 acrobats for the new Alesha Dixon music video to her new track "the boy does nothing", out in early October. As always 3RUN rocked it out with some creative tricks, and though the braces and trousers created an 'interesting' challenge to perform in, the guys pressed on and rocked it out as always.

3RUN BROTHERS IN MEXICO
3RUN members Cole and Chase Armitage flew out to Mexico to perform at one of Mexico's largest extreme sports events, The Hidalgo extreme adventure 2008. The guys will be performing at various spots in Mexico and also putting in for a good cause as they promote the build of hundreds of new homes for the poor. 3RUN FAM JAM WRAPPED
9th August 2008 will go down as yet another fantastic
3RUN family jam. So many amazing people, and so little time! The turn out was incredible, with a good few hundred Freerunners and Traceurs literally from over the world! The atmosphere was positive and as ever people split off around London, some flipping off the pier, whilst others practised Parkour throughout the streets.
There was a very positive vibe throughout, and we will have a write up, and hopefully a video and some images available in the Archive section soon. If anyone has any great images, vid clips, or write up material they thing should be included please feel free to send to: sam@samparham.com and we'll try to include it!

3RUN's very own Sam & Curtis flew out to Germany to shoot video content for a huge Volkswagen show to begin late September. Shooting with the new RED camera in a white studio the guys rocked out to create a spectacular video that will play on huge screens during the performance. ARGENTINA WITH PUMA
3RUN team member Nathan landed safely in Buenos Aires for the second leg of a series of meetings with The One Argentina and Puma. 1st time round saw Sam and Nathan helping with Parkour and FreeRunning Puma promotions and this time round Nathan will be hard at work paving the way for a larger 3RUN team to head out for events later in the year.

NISSAN QASHQAI CHALLENGE WITH URBAN HEROES
3RUN members Cole, Nathan, Sam, James, Shaun, Mat, Scot and Curtis met up with Danny and Ryan for a 2 day guerrilla PR campaign with Urban Heroes, performing in the streets of London with groups of 'flyer teams' promoting the Nissan Qashqai challenge. Pulling together crowds as the teams ripped up the streets of London battling the bad weather, the guys certainly left a strong 3RUN taste with all the spectators with some fresh new Freerunning moves and routines.

BUDAPEST HERE WE COME
14th of May sees 3RUN members Chase and Adam flying out to Budapest to perform the stunts and design the choreography for an exciting new commercial for the Russian clothing company Sela. The pair will be performing Free-Running, Parkour, Stunts and wire work. This is planned to be a tricky project, though nothing our boys cant handle. Check back for more.

3RUN MONKEY SHOW
The 3RUN Monkeys are on the way back to the UK after the huge success performing on stage for the 'Terracania' Fanta Salsa festival. Taking to the stage acting and performing as '3RUN monkeys', the guys did what they do best. Monkey around and put on a great show! More info up on the Archive Page.

3RUN MONKEY AROUND IN BULGARIA
3RUN action members head to Bulgaria for an exciting new stage show performing as 'Parkour Monkeys' during the huge Bulgaria Salsa festivals over the bank holiday weekend. Bringing a hairy edge to the show, the 3RUN's 'Le Parkour Monkeys' will be choreographing and performing a high impact set in full monkey clad. AKZO NOBEL LAUNCH A HUGE SUCCESS
On the 25th of April Akzo Nobel the company behind the "Nobel Peace Prize" launched its new company brand with events in 4 cities around the world costing $250 million! To reveal the new logo. 3RUN members were part of one of the events that was held in Amsterdam. The scale of the show was incredible! 3RUN's Freerunning performers performed alongside some of the best acrobats to put on a spectacular show. They had a custom built structure set on a floating platform that was then set out into the water along with fireworks, smoke and light machines! For more on this event click here. Archive page.

3RUN OFF TO AMSTERDAM
Adam Chase and Nathan have been hard at work rehearsing for a big show to be held in Amsterdam on the week of the 20th April. We are pleased to announce that our main man Cole will now also be bringing his bar expertise to the plate, joining the guys in Amsterdam for what is set to be a truly explosive show. CANON SHOOT WITH URBAN HEROES
3RUN members Sam & Nathan will be putting the new Canon 450D SLR camera through its paces in association with Urban Heroes. Part of the shoot will be for a big Freerunning ad campaign to be shown on the new digital screens in the London Underground. Check back for pics.

3RUN HELP RE-BRAND AKZO NOBEL
3RUN Members Adam, Chase and Nathan will begin the rehursals for a big live show featuring FreeRunning and Acrobatic stunts to be hosted in Amsterdam late April. It should be one spectacular show and a memorable time, for sure 3RUN MEDIA will be on the case. More news to come.

CHASE FLYING OUT TO BUDAPEST
On the 12th of April Chase is flying out to Budapest to begin work on the latest Parkour and Freerunning commercial for a clothes fashion company - Sela. Preparation begins this week and the shoot follows in May. More news to come from this VERY ambitious shoot!

3RUN TEAM FLY OUT TO TEACH ISRAEL
3RUN members Sam, Nathan and Chase flying out to Israel to coach at a 3 day Parkour and Freerunning workshop. A truly amazing experience, blessed in meeting so many wonderful, kind and enthusiastic individuals. The students to to Parkour and Freerunning so quickly, and learnt so much in such a short space of time. We hope to see you all again soon!

Finally the launch of the NEW 3RUN website! After a couple of solid weeks with everyone pulling together. There have been many long night media sessions and many laughs but we are now pleased to have the site online. There will be lots to follow from

CHASE ARMITAGE ON THE BILL TV SERIES
3RUN member Chase Armitage has been working on
the UK TV series (The Bill) employed to play the stunt
double of Eric Benton, a suspected killer escaping from the police using Parkour and Freerunning.

CHASE HARRY HILL ARMITAGE
As a spin off from the Bill TV series we will be
seeing Chase appearing on the Harry Hill show
(TV Burp). Chase is doubling Harry as he jumps, flips
and freeruns his way into a funny interpretation of the
Bill’s Parkour and Freerunning Chase sequence.

(NUTS). Team members Scott, Cole, James, Sam and
Chase went to represent and share some light into
the ways of 3RUN. Parkour, Freerunning, Stunts and Acrobatics were the main focusses of discussion.

3RUN MEMBERS IN ARGENTINA
Sam and Nathan head off to Buenos
Aires to work with Puma for the Art of Motion Free
Running Race. The Guys were Invited over to help
promote and offer their experience and advise to
ensure a successful and positive event. The boys
represented 3RUN all the way with Nathan taking first
place in an open free-style comp. In true 3RUN style
they created a video to shed light on what went down.

GUINESS WORLD RECORDS
Chase and Cole fly out to Germany to
take part in the Guiness World Records show. Chase
attempted to break the world record for who
can do the most wall flips in one minute.
